Integrating data to create new knowledge
The #InfoDataProvince system is a continuous monitoring platform based on a data-driven approach, using data from official databases such as ANAC (National Anti-Corruption Authority), SIMOG (Tender Monitoring Information System), AUSA (Single Register of Contracting Authorities), OpenCUP, ReGiS, BDAP/MOP, and ISTAT, integrated into the UPI Data Warehouse and feeding business intelligence dashboards on the “Province & Comuni” project portal.

Data Warehouse and Information Dashboards
SciamLab has developed a system of analytical dashboards that aggregate and update data on provincial contracts, qualifications, and territorial information. This system is based on a data warehouse that integrates data from various national sources, providing a comprehensive and up-to-date overview.
National Archive and Data Analysis
The project manages a national archive that collects and analyzes data relating to the budgetary policies and personnel of the provinces. Sciamlab is responsible for integrating this data into the data warehouse, producing analysis and decision-making dashboards and a “Report on the state of the enhancement of the provinces' information assets”.
Data Management and Open Data Support
We have provided support to provinces in cataloging, standardizing, and enhancing their data. The goal is to facilitate the publication of this data in open data format and its integration into the Pi.Co. platform, promoting transparency and interoperability.
APIs for Data Access and Integration
APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) were created to enable access to the data contained in the data warehouse. SciamLab also provided technical support for the integration of this data system and dashboards within the Pi.Co. Platform, improving the accessibility and usability of the information.
